- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have flat rates for customers, so prices remain the same no matter where the work is performed. Some plumbing jobs have to run on a time/material pricing practice due to there uniqueness.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We ask the customer questions about there unique plumbing problem, evaluate using my 11 years of experience in the field. Write up multiple reliable options for the customer to choose from, once approved we perform the work, once job is complete gather other contact information and collect payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?4 years of trade school at Salt Lake Community college, 8,000 plus hours of on the job experience requirements met by the state, 4 state required tests through PSI passed in which they issued a Master Plumber License.
