- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is a mostly case by case situation as a each customers needs are different as well as their unique cleaning issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the job has been engaged, a date and time that complies with the customers schedule and ours is established. Any information not covered in the request is discussed. We hope to firmly communicate the customer needs address and discuss an expertation level and then work to meet or exceed those expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been fully trained on our equipment and cleaning solutions, with continuing education on new solutions and techniques a priority.
