- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my career in hospitality opening the Grand Wailea in Maui, Hawaii. I then moved to Puerto Rico and opened the El Conquistador Hotel, a 5 star hotel in the Caribbean. I was also part of the team that opened the Glenwild Golf and Spa Club. After that I moved to the Hotel Park City, in Park City, Utah where I was responsible for Food and Beverage in the hotel which included the HBO Party which I managed and produced for 8 years during the Sundance Film Festival. I managed Ruth's Chris Steak House in the hotel and was responsible for maintaining the level of service expected by corporate and clients. I also managed the corporate events, banquets and destination weddings for the hotel.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our clients include Burt Brother's Tires who uses us for their monthly corporate training. England Logistics for their company wide Summer BBQ. Corporate Sales Reps across Utah for Sales presentations and lunches.
