- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?(CALL ME! My number is in my profile, I'd love to personally answer your questions.) My basic pricing that applies to 90% of my jobs is: -First hour/minimum is $100, every hour after is $50(most jobs take about an hour, and all my clients are happy by the end, check my reviews). However, there are some situations where I may charge more: -If the job requires more than 30 mins of travel time(one way), I also charge a small travel fee(depends on how long) -There are some specialty items that I charge extra for, but I will ALWAYS be upfront on these items, you will never be charged for something out of the blue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?CALL ME! Before anything else, call me, I love to hear from my customers and a phone call is the best way to work out all the details. From there, I will ask about the job and suggest options to you and provide pricing specific to the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?At age 11 I discovered my father had a large stash of computer parts in our storage room, I asked if I could have them and he was happy to oblige. I built my first computer in under a month, had three built in the next and explored my way into understanding how to network them, to make them talk to each other! It was so much fun! From there I took every opportunity to learn more about this exciting puzzle that is technology. I took every class possible, took jobs as a computer technician and even expanded my knowledge into the world of Macs by working at the Apple Store. I understand technology and have grown up speaking the language. But what really sets me apart is the fact that I know people! I am excited and I excel by opportunities to work on a team, to speak in public, or to teach. I have a passion for people. What does that mean for you? Not only can I fix your tech and introduce you to products/services that will improve your lifestyle/business, but I can do it all while speaking in understandable terms!
