Ashley was great. Very knowledgeable and fast. My water heater started leaking, I requested quotes through Thumbtack and Ashley responded within 3 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and let me know everything I would need just by looking at photos I texted to him. He was able to come out to my house the next morning (a Saturday) and hauled out the leaking unit and installed a new one. They were fast, didn’t leave a mess, and very reasonably priced (I had a water heater replaced in my old house last year and City Creek was $200 cheaper). Would definitely recommend.
