My experience with The Roberts Work Group was simply spectacular. After sending out my project for Thumbtack Professionals to bid upon, I was initially impressed by this companies image and professionalism as depicted in their incredibly well written description. In addition, I was also in awe of their carefully thought out and thorough pricing sheet - which was included as a PDF attachment along with their bid (which detailed in very clear and specific terms what was going to be included in their price). As an avid user of Thumbtack, I have had the unfortunate experience of having been swindled time and time again, by professionals who intentionally bid low in order to "win" your business, and then upon arrival - they double if not triple their price to complete the job. Thankfully, this was absolutely NOT the case with The Roberts Work Group. I had a truly unmanageable and unsanitary living space. After months of neglect due to an unexpected medical procedure, my dishes were left piled high in the sink. The floors were filthy. Trash was literally overflowing, and not a single room in my house had ever been cleaned since my initial move-in date which was approximately 9 months prior. While other companies did bid a lower price, I felt certain that I was going to meet the same fate I had so many other times before... and after a few exchanges with the companies owner - combined with the black and white cost breakdown in association with my bid - I KNEW this was the right company for me to hire... and all I can say, is WOW!!! I made the right choice. The owner of the company, as well as several of his star employees showed up PROMPTLY at my door, armed with every tool in their arsenal that it was going to take to get the job done. There was no corner left untouched, no dish not spotless, no surface not shining, sterilized, and sanitized!!! There was NO trash in sight, and they even went above and beyond helping me with organizational needs as well as a plan in the future to maintain my beautiful, glistening, new home. They truly transformed my dump into the magnificent, serene, shiny new home it was always meant to be. They are not only diligent and reliable, but more importantly... they are TRUSTWORTHY!!!! The scariest thing about hiring someone to come into your home that you don't know... is TRUST (and trust me when I tell you, I have high value items) so trust is absolutely paramount to me. I have since hired, and re-hired the Roberts Work Group in addition to recommending them to my friends and family (which in my mind is the true litmus test of your faith and satisfaction with a company). I have even gifted their remarkable services to a friend (who is overworked and overtired) as a thank you for all he did for me while I was ill. I trust these people with my home, my possessions, and my heart. They have truly earned a customer for life. Give them a chance to turn your problem into a palace... and I assure you they will not only not disappoint, but they will absolutely blow all of your expectations out of the water. Expect to be treated fairly, professionally, and kindly - as they excel in providing their clients with the absolute utmost in customer service... Their prompt turn-around and attentiveness, cleanliness, transparency in pricing, and CARE for their clientele is what truly sets them apart from all the rest. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a wide variety of different cleaning packages and additional services for our clients to choose from. We provide our clients the flexibility and opportunity to be able to customize their own personal cleaning packages that are tailored to fit all of their needs. We also allow our clients to change what services they would like us to perform for each appointment. We pride ourselves on not only the exemplary services that we perform and provide, but also on the competitive prices that we offer. We understand that keeping a budget is very important in today's age, and some home cleaning services can come with a unfriendly price tag attached. Here at The Roberts Work Group, we have come up with several cost effective cleaning packages for our clients, always keeping their budgets in mind. Making our In-Home Cleaning services affordable!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing that we like to do is gather some information from the client, find out the type of cleaning they are needing and the space specifications of the space that they would like cleaned or organized. Then we will schedule a free In-Home Consultation, where one of our trained associates will do a walk through of the clients space, and go over all of our cleaning packages and additional services that we offer in detail. Once the client has had the opportunity to look over our Mission Statement, Business Motto/Information and select the cleaning package that best fits their needs, we proceed with scheduling their first cleaning appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We make sure to take the time to train all of our associates, and make sure that they are all up to date on everything from all of the most current cleaning and organizational techniques, what cleaning products and supplies to use ensuring that the job is done properly and with care. We even make sure that our associates double check their work room by room, confirming that even the smallest of spaces are left clean, and not even the smallest of details have been overlooked. We pride ourselves on a job well done, and can promise that satisfaction comes guaranteed!
