Introduction: As a photographer who works exclusively in film, I strive to balance my technical and aesthetic skills while producing a high-quality and compelling product. Film allows me creative control and adapts to the photographic styles I favor most often: documentary, portrait, lifestyle, travel, artistic, and commercial. Modern photography is dominated by digital and cloud-based media, and while I appreciate the ease and convenience of a digital camera, I believe my technical skills and aesthetic are better suited to a deliberate, carefully constructed series of shots. This demands more time and attention in the short term, but in the end facilitates a more striking and polished product.
