- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Onboarding a new social agency is front end heavy. We have rich experience making this a breeze, with a discovery process that we've refined to ensure you know what you're looking for and TBD can help you get there. It's gotta be a good fit! We want to work with the fun ones, the daring, the creative, the willing to be better thans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The whole team is always in continuing education mode - social moves fast. Our CEO started digital before Facebook had business pages, so you could say we're seasoned vets. We spend hours learning advertising, Google Analytics, and partnering with our tools and software partners to know the full extent of possibilities as they pertain to digital.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our best clients aren't vertical specific, but have a great idea and passion for their product. We work with startups, CPGs, restaurants, investment firms, celebrities... and everything in between. You can find something that works well in one vertical and apply it in a new and creative way to a field that hasn't seen it yet to really make some waves.
