Unfortunately the cleaners that came to my home weren't experienced in a deep clean. I got a "wiped down" house with many items needing to be re-done. They were young, not really experienced, hard working but a deep clean should be a deep clean. I had to keep asking them or reminding them of items missed. I had to leave and couldn't keep them there longer to re-do items as there was many missed. Kitchen fridge, microwave and oven were good. They were very nice however they need training on deep cleaning . The basic checklist of what comes with a deep cleaning wasn't followed. Reached out to owner to provide feedback. Was promised a follow up with in hours, but never heard back.

We are sorry for the misunderstanding. Two employees spent over 4 hours cleaning and received approval from the client. Client even gave a tip for each employee. The owner sent a message while client was in front of employees to verify if she was satisfied and only received an answer hours after. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to our customers. Referrals are available upon request.

Pedro was professional and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. We had a few things that could have been done a little better. He came out and made it right. He was wonderful to work with and our house was sparkling.
