- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe you get what you pay for. My clients have always been happy with the typical Real Estate fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will interview the client for their needs and desires and put together a strategy to accomplish what their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Real Estate industry for over 25 years. I started many years ago as an appraiser, then became a Mortgage Loan Officer and then in 2005 became a Real Estate Agent. In 2015 I became a Real Estate Broker and also started a property management company. Recently took designation classes to become a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) with a focus on Senior Citizens needs. I feel I have the whole package with the knowledge in all aspects around Real Estate.
