Our approach to therapy honors each client’s unique life experiences, positive and negative, by utilizing a trauma-informed lens to guide clients in accessing their strengths and building skills in order to increase resilience and experience greater life fulfillment.
We employ a variety of therapeutic modalities to conceptualize problems and create interventions, including EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral therapy, and treatments rooted in the latest neuroscience.
