- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a free consultation, followed by a personal training session specific to your consultation outcome. From there people have the Choice to pick from a variety of packages, to suit there goals and needs. My most popular package is 12 week personalized program, training 3 times per week. Which is a total of $ 1,980or bi weekly of $330 The more you train the less you pay. The more attainable and sustainable your goals will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with potential new clients face to face when possible. This way we can both get a feel for each other and see if we will be a good fit. I like to connect with my clients on a personal and professional level. If we are going on a fitness journey together we should at least enjoy the time spent working together. For the most part.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training and working with people in the health care industry for over 5 years and now outside of healthcare for 3 years. I and a qualified personal trainer, group fitness fitness instructor, level 3 kettle bell instructer, and certified for nutrional advise for physical activity.All Through the top rated personal training company in Ireland called Elite fitness academy in, Dublin, Ireland. I am also educated to a tier 2 level from Equionx sports club San Francisco.
