Sam is an excellent personal trainer. I signed up with HIITFitLife wanting to lose weight, become proficient in weight training and running all while tending to a recently healed back injury and he was able to build a workout plan that accommodates all of my fitness goals while paying special attention to my back. Since beginning my fitness journey with Sam, not only do I fit my favorite jeans better, I FEEL better! Sam keeps me accountable for my workouts on days that I don't train as well as what I eat - ensuring consistent progress. I also appreciate that as fitness trainer, Sam's past experience in healthcare is evident in the way he incorporates his vast knowledge on human anatomy and the way the body works in each workout session. Most importantly, it's evident that Sam is passionate about his work. You can see it in the way he shows up in each group and individual training session, in his professionalism, punctuality, his detailed notes/spreadsheets of each session, and his readiness to follow up on any questions as well as offer advice and motivation. Sam's HIITFitLife is the truth!

I really enjoyed my class at HIITFitLife, it was an amazing workout and i could feel it the next day. Sam makes sure you are doing the moves correctly so you don’t injure yourself and pushes everyone to their max. He knows a lot about fitness and diet so will give you the best tips to get in shape:)

Sams hiit classes are great! It’s a really hard workout but I love that he focuses on form and stretching. He is very encouraging as well. In just a few classes I already feel much fitter
