- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically discount for multiple purchases (e.g., discount when purchasing two seminars or sessions instead of one).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with actors in my time in professional theatre at the National Theatre Conservatory and a LORT A regional theatre company. I worked as a policy advisor to the governors and Public Utility Commissions in the 14 western states. As an attorney I have honed my communication craft. I have coached a number of individuals on personal communication in the work place.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a student of personal communication for years. I have worked in the arts (professional theatre and dance), the science, policy and energy fields. One thing I noticed in each of these areas is that there are a number of people out there who want to be better communicators but have no resources to do so.
