- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One average, especially the quality of work I produce, I charge much lower than everyone else. My client's have told and showed me other photographers they have worked with before me. They had little to no skill, but were charging customers several hundred dollars over what I do.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In high school I was obsessed with the new phone camera technology. I was always a little disappointed by the images I was getting. I would look at landscape images online and wonder how anyone could get such a good photo? Strangly I never thought of buying my own camera till I was about to be a freshman in college. I got my first real camera, and haven't stopped be fascinated with photography ever since.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research on what you want your photos to look like. Bring in some reference material that really interests you.
