- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a rental property visit where we become more familiar with the rental property and the Owner's specific property management needs. After the initial consultation, if we are both a good fit for each other, we perform a market analysis and prepare a proposal for the Owner's review. After agreement on terms we will draft the Real Estate Management Agreement for both parties signature to begin management on behalf of the Owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed Real Estate Agents in the State of Utah. Accredited with the Better Business Bureau, Utah Apartment Association, National Association of Residential Property Managers and Equal Housing Opportunity. We are also certified members of the Good Landlord Program across Utah.
