- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If You need to buy a home and I act as your buyer’s agent you don’t pay me a dime. My commission comes from the seller. There’s no reason to buy a home without a realtor!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience in the industry, the initial requirements of 120 hours of class work, ongoing education, and constant reading.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always go with your gut on this one. Also, look for how well you enjoy the realtor’s company and personality. You’ll be with them awhile so you need to like them! Find someone who is quick to respond, knowledgeable, and fun.
