- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Visit my webpage link for current pricing, and click the My Services tab. I also offer a 20% Discount off Session Fees for Veterans, Pastors, Teachers & Police Officers. PLUS, you can earn an extra 8×10 mounted print by referring a friend (must book their session & pay deposit for your account to be credited)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me to request a photo session date. Pay 50% non-refundable session fee deposit to book & hold your date — I will email you an invoice. Pay remaining 50% session fee balance on Photo-Day (cash, check or pay with card-reader) We schedule an in-person Gallery-Reveal 1-2 weeks after your Photo-Day. At your Gallery-Reveal: We narrow down your favorites and place orders for a Print Collection or A La Carte Print Products, keeping in mind the Minimum Order Requirement. This is a great time to ask me your questions about the printing process, or my products, or get help with wall gallery layout ideas. Pick up your photo goodies in 2-3 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm almost 100% self-taught, with the exception of a photography class I took in college. I consider myself a life-long student of photography, posing and editing, and am always exploring new ideas and techniques.
