- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a standard pricing rate for routine move in/move out cleaning. The quote will have a detailed list of what the price includes. If the customer is requiring a service that is not listed in the initial quote, the service can be added at an additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we first like to introduce ourselves so that the customer is comfortable with us and our company. We discuss the service they will be receiving and agree on the price. We want to make sure that we know exactly what the customer wants and that the customer knows exactly what services will be provided for the price that they are paying. Next we schedule a time for services to be performed. When doing move in and move outs, we do a walk-through of the premises upon arriving and go over everything to be done, and then upon completion we do another walk through to insure the customer is satisfied with the service provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Within our staff we have employees with accounting and business degrees. We stay up-to-date on new cleaning products, equipment and techniques and periodically attend seminars pertaining to the cleaning industry. We then pass all this on to our staff and train accordingly.
