I recently hired Chris Caballero to do a pretty large renovation. The home is close to 6500 square feet and was a foreclosure with much missing and in disarray. We replaced floors, textured walls, painted, added a full bath, all new doors including barn doors, front & back doors and raised the height of most all the doors. We added beams, light fixtures, bath tubs (copper and clawfoot), arches, cabinets and more or less did a complete renovation. That being said, I am amazed in how well things went and his attention to the many details that were involved in this project. He and his crew showed up every day and often on weekends to meet deadlines that he set for this project. I honestly thought this would be a six month or more project and he completed this in nearly half this time. I highly recommend him. I am a real estate broker and have done many renovations in many years of being in business and this has been the largest project I have taken on and the smoothest thanks to Chris.

I have an older historic home close to downtown. It is so hard to find someone to actually show up or be able to do what they claim they can do but Chris is always been fantastic. He's not the cheapest, nor is he the most expensive, trust me my husband checks, but he is always fair and very accommodating. In a field full of flakes Chris has always been a stand up guy. He's done so much work for us he's like family. Give him a try, you'll be glad you did.
