- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Identify date and time of event. What is the occasion. Is it a seated meal or buffet. Identify budget. Identify all needs. Provide a proposal. Meet with client at site of event to confirm all needs and timeline. Finalize menu. Client accepts and pays deposit. Usually 50% to secure our services. Balance is due day of event upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained in France under three star chefs. Graduate of the CIA in Hyde Park, NY. 23 years restaurant experience. Over 30 years teaching experience. 22 plus years operating my catering business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My desire to participate in peoples celebrations adding to the experience with delicious food and service.
