I needed my deck cleaned and restained/repainted. Art (and Josh) was extremely prompt with communication to set up a meet for the estimate, provided excellent guidance on services needed, showed up on agreed upon times, and did a great job. They also responded and followed up for some finish work promptly and professionally. I would recommend this company for any of the professional services they offer. I highly recommend. Good experience from start to finish. Thank you for providing services how they should be delivered…prompt, professional, and good value.

Art was great. He came out. Quoted me a set price for the washing. I appreciated his patience. I told him I had teo more quote meetings. He said no problem. He also mentioned the do deck staining too since he knee I was going to need it. Upon deciding I asl ifhe would price match he see yea. And I offered him the job. They pressure washed my deck one day and stained it the next. Till this day I am amazed at what a great job they did!! Thanks Art!!! I wish I could at pics

A+++ . Art came over to pressure wash my home. I don't live in the Dominion Neighborhood but now my house looks like it just belongs there. Art is professional, they know their business and basically enjoy it. The also have all of the equipment needed to do a fantastic job. Pressure washing a house, driveway or side walk..no problem. They do more than just pressure wash your home. We discussed waterproofing my fence, cleaning and staining my deck. I trust Art and his team and therefore I don't have to guess who would be better for me for future work of this kind. If the price is right and fits my budget at the time, I'm all in. No need to vet this dynamic duo. Life is easy when you can trust someone to do their best the first time while also giving you a fair price. Beware of those that overprice their service because they are out there. Hopefully my experience and services received can help you get a "TRUE VIEW" of whats available.

Very quick to respond to project request. They do a multitude of services ( cleaning windows, gutters, gutter guards, pressure washing, and whole house washing and even roof washing)! They were reasonably priced and were able to come the day after they gave me the estimate. Very nice and polite gentlemen and I will use their services again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is designed to make any job affordable. It is 100 percent customizable. For instance widow jobs are priced per window Gutter jobs are priced by linear foot Pressure wash jobs are priced by square foot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always have a great work ethic and make sure to explain everything that we are doing to the clients home/business. We also conduct a pre walk through and a final walk through so we know that we went above and beyond for our clients And last but not least we always educate our clients with any of our services that we offer. That way they are always in the loop of of our performance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At True View all of our service technicians have no less that 5 years of experience. We also practice OSHA safety requirements to protect ourselves and your home/business.
