- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on commission so customers never get a bill for fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet in person if possible either in the office or in their home. We do conduct telephone reviews for those who are at a great distance. When we meet we will build a "Your World" diagram for you and assess your current situation and goals. We will then explore options for helping you achieve those goals and provide coaching around implementation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Graduate of the University of Houston's Bauer College of Business, I have an Masters of Business Administration from Capella University and the Retirement Income Certified Professionals designation from the American College.
