- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we treat each cleaning job individually that is why it is key to communicate with our customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate and listen to exactly what the customer wants. Communication is the most important part of our business. We will process the customers request and plan accordingly. We complete our cleaning and ask the customer to review our work. If he/she would like anything additional we will cater to their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner and I have been cleaning local businesses for over 7 years. I personally have been a manager at a small law firm and decided that I can use my spare time to help out people doing something I enjoy and make a little extra money.
