Introduction: I am not going to say our service stands out because we don't plan on doing that it just happens. We do the best work at the best price it's not complicated. We bring over 7 years of experience combined and every cleaning job will have one of the owners of the company involved. We aren't sending a new hire to do a job we are sending experienced and caring people to your residence or business. Se Habla Espanol. Growing up my mom would always tell my sibling and I to always be prepared for guests. On weekends we would get up early to have the house clean and ready so we could watch your cartoon shows. I guess that always stuck with me and now i'd like to help others that are busy with every day duties and do not have time to clean or need a weekend to get away and would like to come back to a clean organized home,There’s nothing wrong with finding happiness in the simplest things like a clean and organized home.

I thought it would never end they started at 9am and didnt get done till 7pm. I was told 200 to make ready and clean the carpets. The price at the end was 280 I was told the oven and microwave where not in the price and then charged an additional 20 for pets which made no sense considering the house was empty. The carpets I think never got cleaned because I just got done cleaning them and the stains that I was told wouldnt come out mysteriously came out, the blinds where still dirty, baseboards still needed cleaning in some areas. This was a terrible job and the time it took them the house should of been spotless but was less then par. This might of been their 1st job. I feel I wasted my money and would have done better myself.

Hello Chris, I understand that you felt you wasted your money. When you asked what our cleaning consisted of we informed you we would dust and polish ceiling fans, dust walls, baseboards and windows, we could scrub/sanitize the toilets and bathtubs, clean mirrors, vacuum or sweep/mop all carpets and floors.The type of Cleaning you requested was a one-time standard clean and what you expected was a deep clean. On the other details of your profile there was no mention of cleaning the oven, microwave or if you had pets. We called to inform you that those would cost extra because they were not part of the quote and at that time you had the option to decline. We understand the house was empty, however those details are very important so we can be prepared and know what to clean. We did go further than that and scrubbed all baseboards, doors and most walls. We tried our best clean the window sills with the products we had. We did clean the carpet and our products did not work on the carpet stains. When you did the walk-through we mentioned the window sills and we mentioned that we went over and over some carpet stains and we could not remove in which you stated you didn't think they would. We thank you for your review and will work on perfecting our cleaning.

No we treat each cleaning job individually that is why it is key to communicate with our customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate and listen to exactly what the customer wants. Communication is the most important part of our business. We will process the customers request and plan accordingly. We complete our cleaning and ask the customer to review our work. If he/she would like anything additional we will cater to their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner and I have been cleaning local businesses for over 7 years. I personally have been a manager at a small law firm and decided that I can use my spare time to help out people doing something I enjoy and make a little extra money.
