- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For regular plumbing we charge $125 to come out and that covers you for the first hour plus parts. No hidden fees, and we never proceed without letting you know of any additional charges. Waterheaters, water softners, and any special plumbing needs are specific priced, call for quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take pride in customer service, so we listen to customers needs. Fix or replace only what they want or need. We have no hidden fees. If they don't know what they need we will advise and let them decide. No pressure. We like happy customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plumbers are licensed through the state of Texas. No handyman doing the work of a plumber.
