I woke up to a big leak on my outdoor faucet. Called Russell that morning, and within the hour he had it fixed. I was not surprised. I've worked with Mr. Walker many years and his service has always been exceptional.

I was stuck with a leaky outside faucet, when my son tried to fix it it became a gusher. He waited,however, to inform me of the problem when it was getting dark. I panicked but remembered, "The Number is in the Name"!😊 I dialed (210) PLUMBER & within the hour Russell was at the rescue, he Not only fixed the faucet but repaired 2 others outside. 👍 Did I mention the rain & Mosquitos! 210-PLUMBER will be my plumber forever!!!🎉 Thank you Russell, Yoly Molina Helotes,TX

For regular plumbing we charge $125 to come out and that covers you for the first hour plus parts. No hidden fees, and we never proceed without letting you know of any additional charges. Waterheaters, water softners, and any special plumbing needs are specific priced, call for quotes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take pride in customer service, so we listen to customers needs. Fix or replace only what they want or need. We have no hidden fees. If they don't know what they need we will advise and let them decide. No pressure. We like happy customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plumbers are licensed through the state of Texas. No handyman doing the work of a plumber.
