- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a phone or meet and greet to ensure I have a good list of their needs. Once we establish the needs list we walk through the process from beginning to end as well as a support timeline after the project is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Built and/or supervise the building of websites, ecommerce and social media platforms. over 25 years in corporate America and over 30 years working in the music industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started doing what we do after working in the customer side and realizing there are better ways to work with customers and we wanted to provide this to the market.
