- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of the technicians have a flat rate pricing book that shows what repairs cost. Please call to learn about our comfort club and the additional discounts it provides.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls in a live person will answer the phone and arrange a time to have a technician go to their home. The technician will use a flat rate price book and go over their options with the home owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are properly trained and capable of working on all brands of air conditioning equipment. We have too many training certificates and awards to list here.
