FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Life premiums are determined by the Insurers we represent. There is no upfront cost to you or fee for employing our quoting services. On Annuities and Roll-overs you will not pay commissions as we do not deduct from any balance transferred.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we require a brief phone conversation to learn more about you and how we may help. For those looking to update an existing coverage, we can submit the appropriate forms to your insurer on your behalf in order to make any changes, such as updating a beneficiary. Those looking to add or explore new coverage, we will be able to shop and compare all rates with our brokerage software. Applications for your desired policy can be done in-person, over the phone, or through secured email depending on the insurance company you choose.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my agents are professionally licensed and insured as to not make any false statements or representations. I require them to act in a fiduciary capacity, abide by a formal code of conduct, and complete all continuing education as required by State law.
