FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order for me to figure out how much my services will cost I need to know how many people are in the party, what type of drinks would you like served, am I providing the juice or are you, do you need me to buy the Alcohol and prepare mixers or will everything be prepared, and the type of service you want as far as people to bartender ratio.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First Question Is FRESH JUICE!!!!! Juice is the most crucial component to cocktails. Although I in no way recommend this If you are willing to go the cheap route and sacrifice the taste of cocktails dramatically you can buy 100% Lemon & Lime Juice. Or you could juice yourself (Without an industrial juicer if the party has more than 15-20 people this will be strenuous and long). I do have a juicer and I can make juice for the party for an extra fee. Next I will ask the questions stated on the standard for pricing section below.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hospitality Training from Marriott International and Mixology training from Bohanan's Prime Steaks & Seafood.
