Lets be honest Bartenders are like cars, NOT ALL ARE CREATED EQUAL. I currently work in one of the best steakhouses in Texas, Mix Classic Cocktails and serve some of the finest Spirit's in San Antonio for over 300 people on busy night's. With around 8 years experience in High volume Bar tending, Special Event Catering, Fine Dinning and Hospitality I'm the perfect choice for any party ranging from just a few people to a large party for a birthday or company outing. EXPERIENCE The Tobin Center for the performing arts where I Supervised Servers and Bar Tenders for Multiple Weddings, Ceremonies and Concerts for over 800 people. I currently work at Bohanans Prime Steaks & Seafood where I prepare cocktails for 150-350 people every night with high volume speed but the precision to put out a great cocktail. It not required but it is ideal to have 1 Bartender for every 35-40 people if making cocktails, pouring beer and wine or 50-100 making pre batched cocktails and utilizing a self serve beer and wine station. If that it required I have a network of mixologist's around the City I could also Employ. Surprising a guest with a cocktail that's new to them

I recently attended a wedding rehersal for my friend and Derek was the bartender.. They had a gathering of about 60-75 people in their ranch with cocktails & hours d'oeuvres. I was amazed when he took the time to ask me what I liked in a drink and went over different flavor profiles offered by the different drinks on the menu. I went with the tequilla honeysuckle and my wife Victoria had the raspberry Martini ( I think he called it the Crimson Pearl).. A little while later I found out Derek's company also served the Hours D'ouevres which were amazing! We had Pulled pork sliders and Flatbread topped with cheese, spinach and chicken. After the party I made sure to grab his number and asked if he was available to do my wifes birthday party at Brackenridge park a few weeks later. It was only 30 people but we decided we liked everything soo much ant my friends party that we went with the same hours d'oeuvres for our party. Consistency, elegance and knowledgable is how I would sum up the service I received from Derek and him employees. I would def recommend Derek's services to friends and family!
