- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A retainer fee (5% of total price) is added to secure the date of the client’s event date. Our website includes holiday discounts so be sure to check us out!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An e-mail or phone call to the new client to set up their consultation, in order to learn more about them and the details of their event and which services they are in need of. Once communication and a quote is finalized, we will set up a tasting with the client (for wedding clients only) to try the menu items requested before signing the final catering contract and agreement and starting the catering process.
