- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 3 different content packages (photos, photos & video, photos video & drone) with 3 different amounts of photos in each. I understand that some realtors like to go through and hand pick what photos they feel would work best so I offer different photo amounts for each package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically take time to call my new clients and see what their time frame is and how much of an investment they'd to make on the property they are looking to list. I then send them a PDF of my price list that lists all of my services with descriptions of what each service provides. They then will let me know what would work best for their budget, then we setup a time and date for our shoot!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been shooting photography for over five years now, two of which were spent on the road as a tour photographer for bands shooting every night with fast turn around times. I've been shooting professional real estate photography for about a year now with over 20 agents that I work with.
