- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a custom remodeling company. Which means every customer is requesting different features. We like to give the very best competitive price out on the market, based on special requests and requirements to complete your dream project. We know and understand that every space and room in your home is unique, so what we do is create a package that will suit your budget and your design taste.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have tools online to start your online design for your kitchen or bath. After that we normally visit the customer and during the initial consultation we discuss all aspects of the project, from design style, to choices and ultimately work on meeting your budget in mind. We like to have referrals so believe us, we offer an honest and straightforward cost per item and service. We break it down in depth, because we understand the importance of project planning. So we work with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My name is Lizette and my husbands name is Erik, I went to school for interior design in Chicago Illinois in 2003 and graduated in 2007. My husband has been in the remodeling and custom stone fabrication business for 16 years now. Together we take pride in working as a team along with our employees, and providing our clients with the most tailored project planning we can.
