- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*We do offer a 10% Military/ First Responder discount* *Catered events start at approx $10.95 pp+tax, staffing additional (as needed) *Cake pricing is $5 per serving, remember not everyone eats cake. Sugar flowers and detailed/intricate cakes have additional cost based on what you are looking for. *Delivery is $2 per mile. **25% is due to secure our services and remaining balance due 3 wks prior to event. (Payments can be made via Credit card, Venmo, Money order) *Tasting/Consultation: Catering: $25 for up to 3 people includes different options from your personalized proposal - 1 hr appointment Cake: $25 for up to 3 people, 3 flavors of cake of your choice, 2 filling options and 2 icing choices - 1 hr appointment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out the date they need services, Getting to know the client and get a feel for what they want, discuss a few options and personalizing a menu for your needs, if you like our options we set up a tasting/ consultation* on a schedule that works best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Geno and I met at the Tx Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu, Austin. Geno has over 20+yrs in the food industry working at places like The Dominion Country Club, as Pastry chef and also other Catering Kitchens as Executive Chef. Amy (myself) has 8+ yrs working at Grocery bakeries, and as Lead Cake decorator with HEB and baker for a local cookie shop.
