- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since not all situations are one size fits all, I personalize pricing for every client. I will give a base price but will customize it to fit your needs. I offer promotions and packages regularly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to provide my clients with a free 15-30 min consultation so we can get to know each other. This helps me see how I can help them achieve their goals and if they connect with me. Clients need to feel comfortable with their coach.
