John and Jessica changed our 10 year old water heater for a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond by meeting me at the store to load and transport all necessary parts.
They were polite, professional and on- time. So far so good with the new water heater.

I had a problem with a water heater and John was professional and fixed it quickly.
Update: I hired him to install connections for a washer and dryer. It took him several days longer than promised to finish it. Then when the tenant started using the washer they found out that instead of connecting the drain to the sewer line he let the used water drain into the neighboring property. Which is obviously not allowed by code.
He also left for the next job that was 4 hours away with our keys.
When I asked about the drain, he stopped answering my texts.
