Introduction: We are a husband and wife who work together to make your special day run smooth! We strive to ensure that your wedding day or event goes as planned, as it is a memorable moment that is very important to you. As your Day of Coordinator, our mission is to partner with you to reduce those long to do lists by creating a simple process no matter what the occasion. We work with the couples leading up to the wedding during the time when things get the most hectic. This is ideal for a bride who has done all the work but doesn't want to worry about having to deal with the set-up times with vendors, managing the rehearsal-ceremony-reception on her own, and making sure everything is set in the place for the day of. Better yet, you will have 2 coordinators on site working together to ensure that the communication flows smoothly and that there is no room for human error to occur. On the wedding day, the main role of the Day-Of Coordinator is to ensure that your plans are carried out smoothly and to discreetly handle any problems that may arise. This also means you can arrive to a perfectly set up ceremony and reception, since we, as the coordinators, will have already arrived in advance to make sure it is set up properly. We are the liaison to the venue, food manager, and decorators; we pull the pieces of the puzzle together.
