- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What Tortugas Tortas charges is sometimes concidered on the high end for a food truck or trailer, but we are not your average taco truck. I am a well trained Chef, and I produce chef quality food. I exceed expectations consistently. You will find value in what we produce, I guarantee it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s all about communication, I need to ask a lot of question because I want to be crystal clear on what is expected of me and my business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York with my Associates and Bachelors degrees. I have completed a Latin Cuisines specialization course from the CIA San Antonio where I worked with some of the best chefs from all over Latin America.
