- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices we have listed are general estimates. Every home is different and this takes a more personal look at the information the client provides as well as our walk through. Unfortunately on Thumbtack, prices are required without a range but we believe that what we have listed is a pretty good idea of where to start. Our clients should take into consideration that just because the size of your home listed says a price doesn’t mean it is exact-especially those that call us for cleaning that is strictly dusting. For the most accurate quote please give us a call. These general prices are for full detailed cleanings with no corner untouched. Referrals and military personal get all of our clients discounts!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have a new client who is interested in our services we request an email or a text. This is to ensure we have every single detail directly from the client listed and easy to print for our file. Naturally there are clients who prefer a phone call-we will make this work as well. We schedule a day and time to do a walk through if possible before. To get the most accurate price to our clients. We make additional notes so we know exactly what to bring and where to focus. Once everything is together, the quote works for our clients we schedule a day to provide a “Home Sweet Clean” to our client and their family! We will provide a receipt for their records, a few business cards, a labeled bag with any items we may have come across as we cleaned (usually loose change but occasionally that lost earring that’s been missing forever haha) and a sample of our cleaners or scents for our clients to use daily!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We haven’t had any specific schooling for our services but we spend a great deal of time learning and growing from each other. Everyone on our team, which is a small one, has experience in cleaning from homes, offices to housekeeping. We never hesitate to ask, research and test our products and techniques. Every home has taught us something new and we note it and implement it.
