- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can customize pricing based on a finalized a menu. Class fees based on the number of guests and estimated food cost. I can either bill you a day rate or per hour depending on the job. Some of my clients would rather pay me a day rate and reimburse me for food, etc. For dinners of 10 guests and up , I will charge per person. I will need a deposit to secure future bookings - cancellation policy based on service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is everything! I want to know what you envision for your event, my service can be as collaborative as you would like. Some of my clients want me to take care of everything, some clients are very specific - I work well with both. My goal is to ensure your dinner, event, or class is everything you want it to be.
