What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up appointment for in person estimate, qualify project and get to know the customer, followed by emailed line itemized formal estimate. 2-6 day turn around. If computer generated design is required or recommended we have our designer set up an appointment with customer and get design process started. 10-14 day turn around.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Arbor courses, Irrigation Courses, Continuing education credits for tree maintenance, landscape workshops and conventions, Bachelors Degree. USMC trained.
