- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We love to price match! So if you are offered a better price from a competitor we will gladly match or offer a discount in return for your business!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally we usually communicate via email, phone, or through the app, sometimes after first communication through the app the customer prefers phone call to explain what they need better, and we always welcome this form of communication!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 6 years cleaning experience, so we definitely know what we are doing.
