- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing here at GQ is prices at a flat rate. We do how ever garge a $49.00 diagnosis charge. But if u go with the repair of time of service then the diagnosis fee is waved. If you call in for an estimate for new equipment then there will be no charge for the estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet new customers. We treat them as if they were family ... We treat everyone with the same respect that we as a professional wish to be treated.
