- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge two ways by the hour or by the job, I leave that up to the person looking to hire. I do charge a 1.5 hour minimum though.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Honest up front prices and processes of the scope of work needed to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well just High school, I have had quite a bit training and courses in various building trades.
