I have been working professionally in engineering for over 20 years. I started my engineering consulting company to focus designing new products for clients. I have worked on projects and systems in various industries: Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Tactical/Defense, and Consumer Products. I have several patents and over 100 products in the market place. I have experience working in machine shops using CNC lathes and mills, TIG and MIG welding. I have a good mix of industrial design, mechanical design, and analysis skills that we can use to develop your products. I can create complex 3D models and working assemblies. I can make dimensioned 2D production drawings using these models and assemblies. I can assist in the transition from design to production by working with vendors and production facilities. This can involve onsite visits, phone calls, and video meetings. I can also create lifelike renderings and videos. These may be used for sales, marketing, concept visualization, and assembly instruction. .
