FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give flat rates so there aren't any hidden or added fees. We do not believe in surprising the customer with tacking on unknown fees. Everything is up front from the beginning and we see to ensure or quotes by phone or online are as accurate as possible. The only surprise we want our customer to experience is how excited they are of our work and professionalism.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first will give a quote or estimate by phone or online. If a quote is needed in person then we we schedule a cleaning tech to come out and determine the price. Once our technicians arrive and set up the equipment and run the hose-lines, they will vacuum if needed, prespray and rake the areas, then allow the solutions to soak in and begin to work their charm. They will begin to clean and extract while also wiping down any overspray. As each area is cleaned, industrial fans will be put in place to help with the drying process. If it is a tile job, your floors will additionally be mopped once complete as a finishing touch. We are very thorough in our work and pride ourselves in our excellent service.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Many customers don't realize that most of the carpet-cleaning products on the market have an off-gassing period, leaving them with a headache or feeling nauseous afterwards. Even if there are no witnessed side-effects, damage can still occur. Our pets and children are the most vulnerable in this case. "Green" products don't necessarily avoid this as "Green" can simply mean the process of extending the life of your carpet, upholstery or flooring. Familiarize yourself with their products and request to see the Safety Data Sheets. Most cleaners have very toxic ingredients that can be harmful to your health as well as your pets. You don't need harsh chemicals to have your flooring or upholstery cleaned. You do, however, need a company that has invested in quality industrial equipment, and takes care of their equipment, properly cleaning and maintaining their machines. You should look at the technician's equipment and see if it looks maintained well. If the machine can't deliver high controlled temperature for the duration of the cleaning process, your furniture or flooring won't be as clean as it should. Additionally, if the machine can't deliver high vacuum pressure, much of the debris will be left deep within. Excess water remaining for long periods of time is also ideal as it can breed bacteria and mold. Find out how they charge and if there will be hidden or added fees upon arrival.
