Westminster Kingsway College London/England During my career I have worked my way up in some prestigious restaurants across Europe and gained a wealth of knowledge that only comes with experience.I am professionally qualified (Classically and modern French trained) I am also highly experienced in Italian, Modern British cuisine. Experienced in pastry (desserts, afternoon tea, cakes etc)
