Introduction: Hello! My name is Bruno. I was born and raised on a beautiful island in the south of Brazil where health was easy. However, I soon realized that the rest of the world was not on the same boat. When I moved to big cities such as SÃ£o Paulo and New York City, I saw that the world was in a very serious health crisis. Chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes and heart disease have reached unthinkable levels seen in history. And we can not forget my favorite topic -- obesity. The obesity epidemic is not a problem that is exclusive to rich countries such as the United States. In my dear home country of Brazil, almost 50% of the population is overweight. This is absurd! Many years ago, I became obsessed with discovering about finding out what I like to call "exponential health," and I started to observe hundreds of studies, books, articles and interviews with the best specialists in the world. In the search to improve your well-being, I have embarked on a journey that led me to the following: * Becoming a nutritional therapy practitioner by the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA) * Getting certified in personal training (CPT) by the International Sport and Science Association (ISSA) * Becoming a holistic lifestyle coach by the CHEK Institute * Earning an associate degree in Liberal Arts by CUNY

Bruno has a very focused and methodical health program. In addition to nutrition and diet, it focuses on overall aspects of health including sleep, mood and dietary changes. He is also very assertive and stays on top of your program and persistently follows up to help you accomplish your goals. Once you sign up with him, you will know what you have been missing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have 3 programs: *First one and the one I see the best results is a 3 months coaching commitment. We go through the whole initial protocol and we also have 10 presential (or over skype) talks, plus daily contact though text messages or emails. *Second option is a month of coaching. Again, the initial protocol is the same but we only have 3 presential (or over skype) talks plus daily contact though text messages or emails. *The last option is a single consultation. Here, I am gonna go over the whole interview and give everything that I have found and that I know in a single hour consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Any new clients that work with the Brazilian Health Nut has to go through a series of interviews. We are going to gather a lot of information and develop the program according to the feedback we get from this protocol. Respecting the bio-individuality is key to any program success which means that each client is unique and there is no "one size fits all" approach!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

What really makes the difference is all my passion and everything that I have learned on my own through seminars, books, videos, interviews and also by experimenting everything own myself and also on my clients.
