- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing for Month to Month coaching, I have 3 month options as well as 6 month options which allows for the client to determine what is the right fit for their goals of coaching. I also have a 6 week program running which is also standard pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My clients and I discuss through email what they are looking for, their expectations of the experience, what they have gone through/going through, and make sure it's a good fit for both of us prior to payment or selecting the program they are interested in. The goal is making sure there is a great fit for both. I believe things that feel right, lend to more success. It's all about how it feels before we start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified Life Coach. I've also been through what my clients are going through so I've walked in the same Jimmy Choo's. I've taught the Army Reserve resiliency as well as their family members as the Soldiers were deployed for the last 4 years. I have worked hard to really understand what my clients are experiencing and allow my clients to make their own decisions. I ask questions to allow for further thinking and decision making.
