I use my degree in Neuroscience to shape and hundreds of hours teaching corporate and private yoga to create long-lastng physiological health and attune each class to your preference and needs.
Whether you are working to increase flexibility or strength, lower stress, shift emotional patterns, balance hormones, or find more focus, we will work together to figure out what best suits you.
I have found a center of deep contentment, trust, and confidence through the practices of yoga and meditation and as a teacher, it is these feelings that I hope to lead others to within their own practice again and again.
