A little about me: I've had the opportunity to live and work in many areas across the country, have had the honor of helping to transform thousands of lives and absolutely love what I do! I'm also a single mom of two young children, work full time and completely understand the challenges behind finding the time to exercise and cook healthy meals.
I believe in streamlining fitness and creating workouts that are both time efficient and effective. I love helping busy people cut through the overwhelming amount of information out there to find what really works and teach them how to get the best results in the least amount of time!
I also believe that what you put into your body is paramount, but don't believe in counting calories. Eating whole foods and balancing the insulin levels in the blood are far more effective in achieving and maintaining optimal weight. I show my clients how to make simple adjustments that create profound changes.
I am a mobile master personal trainer, exercise specialist, and nutrition coach with over 20 years' experience who's worked alongside doctors, registered dietitians, and physical therapists creating life-changing programs based on science and experience. I am passionate, creative and always stretching my knowledge base so I can provide the best and most current information.
I will bring everything you will need and will meet you at a park, the beach, or your home. You can also come to me and/or work with me online.
I am available for instruction on healthy meal preparation and cooking, grocery store healthy food shopping tutorials, meal planning, exercise program design as well as one on one and small group personal training.
I offer HIIT Training, Mat Pilates, Core Conditioning, Bootcamp, Body Weight Training, Strength Training, Running, Cycling, Flexibility, Myofacial Release Therapy, Fat Loss, Nutrition, One-on-One and Small Group Training, Pre and Post Natal, and Mom and Me Training.
I am absolutely passionate about health and fitness, and I know how to make this stuff fun.
I love helping people find their mental and physical strength and watching them learn to master their own bodies.
I do not believe it's all about calories in = calories out!
There are so many other factors that contribute to a person's ability to lose or gain weight such as hormone regulation, food sensitivities, insulin levels, chronic inflammation in the body, leaky gut, internal and external stressors, additives in foods, digestion issues, thyroid problems, and a person's physical and nutritional history.
