A little about me: I've had the opportunity to live and work in many areas across the country, have had the honor of helping to transform thousands of lives and absolutely love what I do! I'm also a single mom of two young children, work full time and completely understand the challenges behind finding the time to exercise and cook healthy meals. I believe in streamlining fitness and creating workouts that are both time efficient and effective. I love helping busy people cut through the overwhelming amount of information out there to find what really works and teach them how to get the best results in the least amount of time! I also believe that what you put into your body is paramount, but don't believe in counting calories. Eating whole foods and balancing the insulin levels in the blood are far more effective in achieving and maintaining optimal weight. I show my clients how to make simple adjustments that create profound changes. I am a mobile master personal trainer, exercise specialist, and nutrition coach with over 20 years' experience who's worked alongside doctors, registered dietitians, and physical therapists creating life-changing programs based on science and experience. I am passionate, creative and always stretching my knowledge base so I can provide the best and most current information. I will bring everything you will need and will meet you at a park, the beach, or your home. You can also come to me and/or work with me online. I am available for instruction on healthy meal preparation and cooking, grocery store healthy food shopping tutorials, meal planning, exercise program design as well as one on one and small group personal training. I offer HIIT Training, Mat Pilates, Core Conditioning, Bootcamp, Body Weight Training, Strength Training, Running, Cycling, Flexibility, Myofacial Release Therapy, Fat Loss, Nutrition, One-on-One and Small Group Training, Pre and Post Natal, and Mom and Me Training. I am absolutely passionate about health and fitness, and I know how to make this stuff fun. I love helping people find their mental and physical strength and watching them learn to master their own bodies. I do not believe it's all about calories in = calories out! There are so many other factors that contribute to a person's ability to lose or gain weight such as hormone regulation, food sensitivities, insulin levels, chronic inflammation in the body, leaky gut, internal and external stressors, additives in foods, digestion issues, thyroid problems, and a person's physical and nutritional history. Angie, hands down is the best trainer I have trained with. She's super-energetic and you can't help but wonder how can someone be so passionate about fitness after doing it for so long. But that's Angie for you! She brings tremendous variety to the fitness regimen and had a natural flair to consistently keep pushing people to new levels. I have never felt this good and energetic in the past decade. I have been training with her for more than 18 months but I have not gotten stagnant or bored. She keeps improvising the classes and elevating the difficulty level. One thing is for sure, if you want to see some drastic changes quick and continue getting better then Angie is the trainer you need!

Angie is our fitness trainer at the San Diego Tech Center and teaches classes ranging Core Strength, High Intensity Interval Training, Strength Training to Boot Camp. She makes classes fun, keeps pushing us push our limits, switches things up if she senses we are plateauing. She is very friendly and extremely approachable, be it advising on specific personalized exercises, diet, injuries, or just general health. Just by attending her classes, I can lift heavier at the gym. My flexibility, core strength and endurance have all significantly improved. This helps me tremendously while playing those long league level tennis matches. I have also been injury free, since her workouts target all major and minor muscle groups. Thank you Angie, for all that you have done!

I thought I was in good shape. Until I took classes with Angie. They are tough but so much fun that you do not realize you juat worked out hard for an hour. Outstanding and very creative class.

Angie trains me every day of the week and I've gotta say, it's the thing that I look forward to most in my workday. She's always so fun and positive, but she works you SO HARD. Like, I wouldn't have had half the progress I've had without her. A++++++.

    I like to start with an initial, complementary consultation/assessment where I learn more about the potential client and they have a opportunity to learn more about me. If we both feel it is a good fit, we get started right away! The initial consultation can be in person or over the phone, depending on the client's needs.
