I was looking for a piano mover and from past experience knew these are rare and also that moving a piano can be difficult without proper tools and personnel. While I had never used Thumbtack I gave it a try and found it easy and responsive. Almost immediately I received a response from Thumbtack saying such piano movers are rare in my area. However almost immediately afterward I heard from Angel of Flash movers who provided a very detailed and complete proposal. We communicated after that and he was prompt in responding and very professional and friendly in his communications, which instilled confidence in making our plans for the move. On the day of the move he was prompt and efficient and did a perfect job of making the delivery. I would use him again and highly recommend him to others.

Angel and Marvin were fantastic; I couldn't have asked for a better crew. These guys were like the Energizer Bunny! Right after they arrived and introduced themselves, they were on the go, communicating with us throughout the process to ensure our belongings made it to the right place (to a no elevator, second floor apartment 20 minutes away, and a storage unit in a separate building). I was also impressed with the level of care they provided our belongings. Our furniture was wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap so everything arrived without a scratch. I'm still not sure how they got our behemoth of a couch up the stairs but they did, and that alone was worth every penny paid. Overall, I was very impressed with Angel and Marvin's professionalism and dedication to making the move a stress-free experience for us. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The brother duo were great. Angel was very personable and efficient. I was overwhelmed and short on time. They were able to help me pack and move my apartment in much less time than anticipated. It's refreshing to meet someone who takes such great pride in their work.

They wrapped all the furniture so nothing was damaged or nicked, finished in a reasonable amount of time, and were very fun to hang out with for a 4ish hour period of time. I'm planning on hiring them again for my next move!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We must charge a minimum of three hours. After the minimum we go by a 15 minute increments. The service is included with a box truck that has proper moving equipment. We do not charge mileage or fuel, we do Double Drive Time. Moving pads, shrink wrap and tape are also included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer calls we take necessary information from them. We then send a confirmation via email. We require the thumbtack customer to mark us Flash Movers as hired to book your appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees of Flash Movers have been properly trained to move safely and efficiently. These training consist of loading moving trucks securely, techniques that are use to move safely to avoid property damage and to be able to move efficiently.
